"If he left Libya immediately, within 72 hours, and stop the bombing, we as a people of Libya would not prosecute him," said Mustafa Abdel Jalil, a former justice minister, told Al Jazeera station at 9.30 last night (Malaysian time). He said 72 hours would not be extended.
The council is now based in Benghazi which is in control of the rebel factions. - Reuters
